When i looked into returning them i realized that i had only a 30 day return window and it was well past the 30day period

I put this in my garage to hoping to control the spiders that are coming in and they set up camp and on the repeller itself so i would question this product if you were hoping to control spiders

Still have bugs and while it seemed to work initially as the year has gone on i see more and more bugs in the house
