I had to go beyond this and tape down the connector end to the phone with scotch tape to get the connectors to stay in place

You have to do this because if you do not and when you are putting the back on the card is easily misaligned and will not make connection to charge even when the stand charging green light is on

I charge the phone each night laying it on a choetech 3coil charging pad and it has worked flawlessly right through the otterbox case
