When you take off your wet clothes they tend to come off as sticky wet ball

The patches are pretty large and you do need to be careful when you peel them off so they dont fold over and stick

Because my pain is in my back its way easier to get my husband to apply the patch rather than me trying to apply as its tricky for me to get it in the right spot and have it lay flat without it getting bunched up
