Pros

I was truly stunned at just how easy it is apply. Part of the reason for all the bubbles. It is worth the sweat equity.

This wood floor is 42 years old. It was brought back to life with this sealer. To undo gently scrape it with a finger nail to remove finish. I suggest you use a sponge mop for the application.

East to use - shines almost instantly - and is very durable. Shine comes back. My floors shine brightly again.

Cons

Had to spend 2 1/2 days sitting on my floor and scrubbing all of this off. Had to wash it off and run to lowes to buy another brand. It starts peeling off after a couple of months.

Not even the slightest bit glossy. The spots where i sanded more specific gouges are glaringly obvious.
