Not going to mess with nonexistent customer service. Nonexistent. Then advertise properly.

Whats great is that it is magnetic to place on the refrigerator door or side of the refrigerator for quick and easy use when you need it in the kitchen

I opened it up immediately to see if it would still work and yes the temp read 104 degrees
