The chocks are fairly well built seem sturdy enough however you do not want to over tighten as the wrench that accompanies the set is not very well built and it is not necessary regardless

Due to the rv trailer fairing over the wheels of our trailer i had to install my chocks upside down which added to the difficulty in installing them
