Increased * and desire. Added girth :-) this also works great to increase energy levels. It ups your own testosterone production.

Cons

No results. Only thing i may have noticed is an increased *, but it did nothing for my energy level. The only conclusion that i can draw is either my blood pressure meds cancelled out the efx, or the product was bogus from the beginning.
