Pros
Natural zest magnesium citrate has a slightly laxative effect, so i take these late at night. Great for leg cramps. Works quickly with no side effects.
The capsules are much smoother and therefore easier to * than the brand i had been taking. My runner-up brand is now magnesium, but it’s a hard-pressed tablet and larger. Love the capsule form vs. Great size, as most 200 mg. Is in large tablets.
