Packaging/appearance
I love it and it came packaged very nicely
Love the box provided to organize the letters
I opened the box and within minutes screwed the eye hooks in the pre drilled holes and used the supplied twine to create a hanger
Letterscharacters came organized in a nice container

Also the felt grooves is better than a plastic backing so you dont have to worry about scratching with the letters
