My own opinion about face exercises is that you should pick some ideas from more than one program practice them observe the results carefully and then to choose which one is ok for you maybe a combination of some of them

But it is up to you please do not complain that it doesnt work if you cant give yourself the gift of 12 hour per day for two weeks and then 15 minutes per day
