I must say ive been going to the gym for about 7 years now and have tried many many many preworkouts energy givers or whatever bogus the product would say it would do to you

As a spinning instructor in my very late 40s i put in anywhere from 5 to 8 hours on the bike weekly

Some times if i feel sluggish in the afternoon i take one and it revives memostly i take 2 before my workout you will feel the difference you will see your gainsi also have taken 2 before longer mountain bike rides

I’m not a professional athlete even though i take it pretty seriously having competed in triathlons and bike races as a cat 3 and masters athlete
