Only ever touched it to press the button to switch output sources. The button is small and barely depresses, so it's hard to tell if you pressed it or not. Half of the manual even says the ports are 2.

Great product, works perfect for me .
Great camera quality and i never have any issues with it.
Not sure why this review thinks i should be talking about camera quality.
With the additiona 5v plug i can switch all of the devices without problem.
Otherwise, with the push of a button i can swap all of my peripherals between my work machine and gaming pc.
Competitiveness
Given that everything else in this space seems to be crap, that's worth a 5-star review.

It seems to take about 1-2 seconds for the computers to notice the switch and acknowledge it.

Instead i now use this to switch my keyboard and mouse, and the kvm switch just switches the video signal for my primary monitor.
