It does take some getting used to but its better than grinding your teeth i bought this for my husband who has a really bad teeth grinding problem during his sleep

I put some water in a bowl and microwaved it for one minute and thirty seconds and tested it with a digital thermometer and it was about 170 degrees i used my tongs and placed these in the bowl for about fifteen seconds then had my husband place it in his mouth and conform it to his teeth
