Pros

The splatter shield covers large fry pans. It fits every one of my pots and pans. Fits 12 iron skillet just fine.

Hand washes just fine. Cleans easily. Can put in diswasher safely. The stainless steel makes it easy to clean.

Keeps about 85% of the grease from splashing out. No fat splatter on my black stove - none, zero, nada. This really keeps the grease off the kitchen walls, stove and vents.

Cons

It burns and even catches on fire. The mesh is blackened in two areas. The splatter goes right through it.

This shield is basically worthless. Product is not very durable.
