Carefree also makes thong liners, but i find that i always end up having issues because the one smidgen they decided not to put adhesive on always flips up and ends up sticking to my skin somehow and contorting the whole thing.

I can’t even recall (nor do i want to) how many pairs of ruined underwear have gone in the trash or become “bedtime underwear” since first getting my period at age 12 (i’m now 30).

Now, i track when my cycle is going to begin and am sure to wear one of these bad boys or their “regular” underwear counterparts.
