The battery pack attaches to the bike via the velcro straps so even though its secure the straps will not freeze the battery pack in 1 specific position
The spread of light is mostly spot in the middle and some scatter around the edges
It focuses most of the light in the center so you can clearly see the road condition ahead while providing some scatter to give a little peripheral vision and to light up the street signs
The halo light is pretty bright but i dont know if car drivers can see it flashing from afar
