The only hangup we've experienced is when the scanner is power-starved. Plugging the scanner directly into a port on the computer solved the problem. Use an alcohol cleaning swab, 2 passes and its nice and clean.

Cons

Use the device to login into windows and websites, that's it! The bad:roboform, passware and any other software platforms that can utilize biometric hardware is totally out of luck and useless.
