My basement steps have 112 thick treads and a rise of 734 to 8 and the lower wheel would go under a tread board instead of starting to tilt the wheel assemblies up as it would with a riser and the axle pull point almost came in line with leading edge of the next step making it very hard to pull a 60 lb
