Pros & Cons
Pros
The backpack straps fold away quickly and with a minimum of hassle, the straps that secure the bottom of the bag to the rack have short tightening straps which means they won't hit the spokes or interfere with disc brakes. The hook & clip featured... Read More
It has a lot of space and is so easy to transform. I convert it from backpack to pannier and vice-versa in about 20 seconds.
The bag itself is relatively lightweight and fits a ton. The chest strap is much appreciated, and in backpack mode you really can't tell the difference from a normal backpack. The straps are thin, but still relatively comfortable.
This bag seriously gets ten thumbs up. The material seem robust and reliable.
Highlights
Quality
So really could not be happier with this product
I use this for my every day commute to train station and am very pleased with the backpack
Dont have much experience with the rain cover
As for working with the company they were personable and went wayyyy above and beyond to help me out and get me the right product
Packaging/appearance
You could probably get a couple 12 packs of cans in the pack and still have room for a few small items for flats repairs
Competitiveness
Update after a few months of usei love this backpack even more than i did when i just got it
I bought a more expensive pannier pack from a fancy bike shop a few years ago
However its a bit small and i would say a 13inch laptop and smaller would fits better
My only regret was not knowing that they had a 30l one for just 20 more else id have gone for that

A note on the laptop sleeve as other reviewers mentioned the first time i dropped my laptop in the generous pouch i often add files and large format books to the pocket as well i realized it was hitting the unprotected bottom of the bag

The only complaints would be that the openings on the front of the bag are not very large which limits accessibility and as has been noted will not handle larger laptops
