I bought an lg oled hdtv and matching lg sound bar early last year and have been frustrated with multiple glitches in the software and especially in the ceclink feature which has only worked for brief periods

Without the ceclink function the dolby atmos and other advanced audiovideo features dont work

Repeated support calls from lg consisted of someone reading a script that came straight from the user manual id already followed multiple times

Once doing a hard reset on both tv and sound bar fixed the issue but it soon stopped working again

The most recent support rep decided the sound bar was broken and wanted to send a tech to repair it and charge me since it is now out of warranty
