This product is a good starter item however if you will use it as often as i did nearly everyday you may want to invest a few more dollars for a better quality

I can cinch it in as advertised and my waist is inches thinner but not my personal intention as to keep it on like that for hours on end is too uncomfortable

Good material but the size was a problem is somewhat small and i even got xl to avoid fit on it but i feel a little tie

Little too long for a petite person although i selected a larger size because of the reviews it was still somewhat small
