Pros
Reviewer says it's waterproof, easy to wash and doesn't make any noise. Uses velcro flap to secure the zipper end. Looks like it would seal well against bedbugs.
This mattress cover is not noticeable. Thinking it out will save aggravation. This one feels amazing, it's not hot and stains came out very easily.
Cons
Has flimsy zipper which catches and rips cover. The design of the hidden zipper stinks. Also the zipper has to be zipped very carefully.

Tip when washing and drying make sure to zipper it up otherwise it tangles itself
