Pros

Inflating and deflating the bed is a breeze. It holds the air in it very well and is very easy to inflate and deflate. The motor deflates as well as inflates.

Customer service for this company is exceptional. This is a company that stands by their products even beyond the stated warranty. Thank you marc for making my life a little easier.

Cons

Began leaking slightly in august 2018. A leak is likely to show up after the warranty has expired.

Poor quality control. Usually it pays off, but with this purchaseit didn't. Very disappointed.

Good concept is, however, overshadowed by the possibility of a leaky unit that will deflate overnight after just a few months of very occasional use. The other one already deflate 1/2 without anybody slept.

I have no complaints at all for the product

So i am much impressed with the air mattress and seller

And after three years i had a small issue with the mattress contacted the manufacturer and they replaced it entirely at their expense

I had a minor issue with the twin beyond the standard amazon return period but within the sound asleep product warranty

Price

All have reported this is very comfortable and i love the price
