Pros

Tv ears has a newer model which allows the user to move around and still receive perfect sound without static of any kind. He loves his ears and mom loves the volume not blaring. Really brings conversation forward over the incredibly loud background n... Read More

The product works as advertised, but i recommend buying the protection plan. It lasts a very long time because it’s made very well. Just need a small phillip to replace the battery.

Cons

The sound has considerable static noise. The volume is either too loud or too low! Went from no sound to very loud with just a slight touch.

It is impossible to unscrew the 3 small screws. The warranty is a joke. Very expensive to replace parts with shipping. Frankly i'm tired of messing with it so maybe it's time to try some other brand.
