    Second unit switch operates less smoothly than my first, but i don't think it is going to prove to be an issue.

    The manufacturing process on the threads was not the most precise, however it does seal tight, even with only 2 o-rings.

    I engaged in the usual practice of applying some additional silicone grease to the threads and o rings even though some silicone grease was visible from the factory.

    It looks like you could purchase or fabricate a specialized tool to remove the headlamp and switch bezels for inspection, however the integrity of the seals appears to be adequate.
