They sent me the confirmation email and told me turbotax has a guaranteed refund i think within 30 days of purchase

While i managed to complete my business return with hr blocks software when it came time to submit our personal returns after filling everything in the software informed me that that i couldnt efile and had to physically go to an hr block office for calculations that the software couldnt perform

I got on chat with hr block and they confirmed that i would have to make an appointment and go in which completely defeated the purpose of buying the software
