Pros

The best thing about this backpack is that it stays standing up on its own - like a briefcase can. The only thing i dislike is the comfort of the arm straps. Nice padding on straps and on back of backpack.

Tumi backpack is superb. While pricey, i have tumi luggage and i know it will last a long time. Another great tumi bag overall.

This bag is awesome but has many packets to organice. Part of the reason i switched so many times is that so many bags are *almost* right. The bag is larger than you would think.

This is as good as it gets. Expensive but worth it. Very happy with my purchase. Bought it for my hubby.

Cons

The solution to that is leave open inner zipper all the way and close main outter zipper
