It was literally just the faucet in a grey cloth bag in a box with a set of instructions that included a parts list that showed all the pieces that were missing

Weve contacted trywell by email and they indicated that they would send the additional parts but they wanted my phone number and i told them my phone number wasnt necessary for them to send the missing parts

Im hoping we do not have to return the faucet and start over again but if we do not receive the instillation parts i see no alternative

After several email correspondences between the customer service at trywell and myself they finally supplied the missing parts by sending us a completely new faucet
