Pros

Trx exercises are not the same as barbell training, but a lot of the movements are familiar – chest press, rows – and the straps let you use your bodyweight to maximum effect and exertion. It's easy to find a wide variety of exercises on youtube.

There are a few websites that discuss counterfeit trx straps and say it should be on a hologram sticker, but that's not true. Attaches easily on my squat rack.

Cons

Trx is an overpriced scam. The straps aren't as durable and the foot cradles aren’t adjustable. No answer. I can't do the workouts without taking at least 10 minutes to adjust the straps from long to short (yes,it's that difficult!
