Pros

It is made well and stainless steel. Quick shipping/nice packing.

Much,much better/sharper than the similar models with serrated or wavy blades. You can easily unscrew it to sharpen it for upkeep.

Great little gadget. Sturdy and perfect for task. Easy to use and adjustable.

Stainless steel works perfectly for slicing truffles. Fantastic for thinly slicing anything small. Mandolines are great and this little baby compliments them.

Cons

This slicer has a sharp blade, but the truffle and garlic i tried to slice got stuck at every turn. Maybe the ones with serrated blades work better. Doesn't slice correctly.
