The width is just right and the construction looks to be sufficiently durable. It fits as expected.

Vietnam tiger stripe, baby. Tru-spec makes some of the best affordable tactical clothing. I like that they offer some non-camo colors.

Better for summer. It seems to be durable and keeps the sun out of my eyes. I like that it droops a little, as it keeps more light from getting around my sunglasses.

The chin strap is convenient as well to keep my hat from flying off while on the boat. Breaks up your profile in the woods and does not overheat your head. I just use my skull cap under it and it keep it from moving and riding down on my brow.

The colors are too bright for woodland. This is my first tru-spec *, added to a collection of other brands and i have to admit i'm rather disappointed in a most aspects. Now they are worthless. Here is my * list why this * isn't true to spec at all.

The brim is wider than r&b and propper brand * but that's where the perks end. From inconsistent seams in the brim and different brim widths. I'm a 7 1/4 in every hat i've ever worn but this one is painfully tight.
