Cons
The material is almost too stretchy and soft. Who wants to be making noise adjusting the pillow every 5 mins while everyone else is trying to sleep. Sent back for a refund.

I’ve had many of these over the years and they are by far my favourite model of travel pillow
Tricky to get in position initially but then definitely the most comfortable travel pillow i have used by far
The shape of it is odd and it does take some getting used to
If you focus on getting a pretty firm tightness aroubd the neck area it does a good job
