Pros
Soft outer shell is a nice touch. Cloth is soft, washable & has nice color options. Not too big not too small; fits in my louis vouttion neverfull.
It works great and supports my neck sideways and allows me to sleep. Better without any earphones. Does support head for resting upright.
The cost is reasonable. Is my favorite. Best decision ever. Would highly recommend. Very happy with the purchase.
Everyone that tries it versus the traditional pillows always say they wish they had mine. Indispensable part of my travel kit. This is not to bash the product.
Cons
The fabric is of fleece material. Its also very uncomfortable, feels like its strangling me. The scarf is too warm.
This seems like a great solution in theory but unfortunately it fails to support my head comfortably. The neck brace is too low or rests out of position resulting in me having to hold my head up a little. For mr, a horse collar is better.

Clear instructions on how to use it, good quality fabric, it makes a huge difference when travelling,
I felt like the premise of the trtl had potential, but the adult version was not it for me.
And, bonus, if your mouth hangs open when you sleep, you just cover it with the attached scarf.
I decided it was time to invest in a quality travel pillow.

So i ordered the adult trtl and had to send it back because it was too big for me to comfortably use.
Had to readjust airpods here and there until i found a comfortable position.
