These are thicker and stiffer than the pair i got years ago. They fit perfectly in my flats and also feel great in my sneakers. They are slim enough to wear in any shoe. They last forever too, and feel great! New shoes,new socks,new inserts.

Just keep your scissors on their guide. They aren't a quick fix or magical treatment, but they do provide a little relief and help my parents get through the day. They also wash and clean up easily.
