I put it directly on my scalp massaged it for about 5 mins put a plastic hair cap then a microwaveable hair cap already microwaved for 90 seconds then put on

The only thing i didn’t really like was the scent of it it’s not really a bad smell but it kind of smells like chemicals combined with flowers

Really need the shampoo tho to wash it out otherwise it’s kinda a waste
