The condos easitly hold my kittens, and are a snug fit for my 11 pounder. Bought this for my maine *, a larger breed of cat. Perfect for small cat.
This kitty condo gives my female cat a place to jump to get away from the boys when they harass her. I have dark colored cats so for me a biege/tan color similar to the sides would be better for my household.

The bed on top comes off which makes it easy to wash same with the pads for the other holes
It took me a while how to figure out what to do with the third pad and bed

One uses the scratching post on the side this is well made maybe one day they will enjoy sleeping in it i received the soft claws from a friend and put those on the cat that is stubborn and refused to use this item

The tower isnt very heavy so when the cat scratches it its easy to fall over
