There is an audible intermittent click/hum during the first :08 seconds of the video. This needs to be put on an oscilloscope. It makes a high-pitched, rhythmic squealing, like a car with a bad serpentine belt.

There is a fuse soldered on the motherboard, and it tripped and doesn't work anymore. On the bottom of unit it states it cannot be used with 30 ft of the breaker box. It trips the breaker every single time i plug it it.
