Pros

Adapter has an hdmi connector instead of a dvi. I have mine connected to the coaxial input of a loxjie a30, and it showed the 176.

Functionally, this item works great. Does what it is supposed to do. The description is all that really needs to be said.

Video card is a geforce 8800 gtx (dvi), and the hd tv is 1080i. Used this setup to share my viewing with the whole family. Went from my graphics card div to hdmi in order to view on my tv.

This one is a winner. Best for the money. Order from amazon as the seller.

Unfortunately i did not do my research properly and i ended up with a passive adapter to plug my laptop to a dp monitor

Price

I couldnt afford a tv so i purchased this to plug my xbox into my old computer monitor

But that one was selling for 79 and this one was less than 50

Its quite pricey but it works flawlessly

This was delivered quickly and easily worked on my raspberry pi which is connected to an older lcd with only dvi and vga inputs

Packaging/appearance

Picture looks the same as a direct hdmi connection

I have a different laptop dell and allows video output via usb as well

Picture quality is crisp with no lines unlike some cheaper brands

Nothing about it particularly stands out though and doesnt perform the job spectacularly compared to other options
