Perfect for taking pictures with others when you don’t want it to look like a selfie
I use this with a nikon d750 which is fairly heavy and it holds up just fine
Otherwise this tripod it a killed deal for the price

It allows the camera to shoot from the same height continuously and allows it it to shoot video while remaining still while just holding the post with one hand
