This unit plugs into your computer by usb and if you have their software you are able upgrade firmware and print out test results

Bottom mapper attachment is hard to get in due to tight plastic and the catch that holds it in doesnt click in

The bb power panel would tell me phone voltage and poe voltage with the same rj45 plug but this unit i must use the rj11 for phone and the rj45 for network

Well actually i just tested again and it will read the phone voltage on the rj45 port but it sees the pair numbers wrong plus i have to switch to the phone setting to read it

I really hope to see additional apps in the future that could add to the units functionality and capabilities
