The gfci & receptacle tester works like any other tester. It also has the ability to check your outlets g fci breaker. It's easy to read instructions, makes it easy to take many reading of 120vac plugs and appliances.
This triplett line splitter does the job and is well built so it can survive in a toolbox. And this tool neatly avoids any safety issues with a diy solution.
The instructions are on glossy black&white and show some care. One-half of a cardboard backing the size of an index card is what you get for instructions and/or warnings.

Both the 1x and 10x slots should read the same decimal point should just be moved over 1 place but they are 310ths of an amp off from each other at 12 amps
