You can also save multiple username and passwords for different types of cameras

Save hours of time running cables to a location only to find that you can’t get the camera angle you are looking for from that spot

In addition once your camera is installed you can use it to fine tune the viewing angle right from the camera as opposed to be on cell phone with someone else in front of the viewing monitor

I only wish it had a windows operating system on it so i could view axis cameras without having to setup onvif first

It does allow you to setup onvif on axis without having to use a computer but ive found axis onvif to not always take static ip addresses on the first try

Probably a problem with axis onvif and not this device but overall i dont know how i managed without this before
