Pros
No issues installing on performance center c. price. Make sure to look here first on all things trijicon, stuff is pricey at the website. Only complaint is the price.
Trijicon rail mounts all sizes have a solid surface to mount the rmr on. Worked perfect on my glock 17 to eliminate a flickering dot.
These are a necessity for trouble free operation of rmr. I wish it came with the rm06 instead of having to buy it separately.

The trijicon rmr is rarely used as the primary optic on a rifle.

I would not recommend this for the type 1 rmr though it will work with the type 1 but you may experience the red dot flicker

Long story short if your mount set up glock for instance leaves the bottom of the rmr exposed so it will not seal around the edges you need it

All that come with the plate do not allow the rmr bottom to completely seal hence the need for this plate

I purchased the plate to solve the battery contact issue with a type 1 rmr
