Extra hand grips below the main grips are very handy for “choking up’ on the sticks when the incline increases briefly. Offered great support and balance for hiking on uneven uphill & downhill trails.
These poles are very intelligently designed. They assemble and adjust securely in seconds. All joints and the clamp fasteners are metal and very tight and secure.
The poles are light, fit easily into my backpack, and open and close with ease. Drawstring storage bag is a nice extra as well. Very packable, fairly lightweight but sturdy.
Rubber tips are consumables. Liked the assortment of tips included,” one reviewer said.

Do not recommend poles. While they look good, they are not reliable.

Opening the package it was easy to extend and lock into place and then also to collapse again
My own trekking poles are not collapsible which is necessary for spacesaving packing

These are as good as rei sticks at a third of the price

I also like the cork handles even though that means you have to wear gloves so that they dont get all smudgy if that is a word
