This means you can protect yourself if having to sit on wet ground or to cover larger items that dont fit under the umbrella

I love this umbrella i still keep it for more than 1 year and it is intact unfortunately i lost the protective lining but even so she continues to work without problems i could never use anything that her protective hood wore
