The only thing that needs to be improved is the seam protruding towards the neck. The velvet coated plastic is durable. I love the fact that it crosses your torso to snap onto the arm rest.

It inflates super quickly and deflates easily- i'm not sure why others felt it didn't. Easy to inflate and deflate. Inflating is very easy as well as deflating it.

Inflated in 3 breaths, super compact. It rolls up and attaches to the handle of my suitcase. Just roll it and place in your carry-on bag or even your handbag.

Pillow has a somewhat * appearance to it. Very uncomfortable and awkward for long lhaul flight. If this new seat design is a trend, this pillow is obsolete unfortunately.

It has a seam that runs along the bottom side that rubs against the neck, very irritating. The place where i'm supposed to lay my head was way too low and it was craning my neck.
