The cover is very soft but the video on the travelrest website that shows how to put the pillow in the velour pillow cover shows that the pillow cover has a zipper

A zipper would make it easier to insert but the travelrest cover i received this week had no zipper making it difficult to put the pillow inside

I have to amend this review after receiving an email from the manufacturer regarding my complaint about the lack of a zipper

The zipper is invisible to sight on the side of the cover but there is a tiny pull near the air vent that can be pulled to open or close the zipper
