The handle is sturdy and the telescoping apparatus doesn't wiggle. The multi-wheels allow it to move around in all directions. The maneuverability is far better than the previous 2 wheeler.
Spinner looks and feels like a million bucks. Would prefer a classy light neutral interior as opposed to mauve.

Customer service number is not answered and hasn't been answered for many months. There is no way to register the warranty if you live in hong kong as it is not an option in the pull down menu on the registration page. This is very frustrating.
Samsonite's retractable handle gets stuck. Uber is at the door but handle is stuck! Can't repack, no time.
The experience is frankly, terrible. Not excusable. No real distinguishing features. Only fits dopp kit and small cpap.

I actually had my browser open to this item when it went from 365 to 416
In this case i think it is you get what you pay for
Packaging/appearance
It packed easily was easy to maneuver and fit into the overhead compartment on the plane with ease
However even unpacked the depth of the bag is techincally 134 deeper than standard carryon size with most major airlines
Looks nicer than 80 percent of the suitcases i saw at the airport
Competitiveness
My travel with this bag has been limted so far but did include two different airlines and neither made me check it based on the dimensions
It wont last but at least i wont feel taken
