It is fantastic for those ultra dry hotel rooms with endless circulatedonly air and swings between hot air or freezing air blowing around your room and no way to open the windows for fresh air

While this humidifier is boxier and more unwieldy than those other skinny or basetype humidifiers it wins hands down for the actual mist it produces no comparison because it does not function via an unreliable disc plate with tiny clogfriendly pinpoints

It only loses one star because there is no great range in the adjustable dial between low mist and high mist
