All customer pictures have two and the pictures and descriptions show a black and blue padlock and ive only recieved one blue lock just what i needed to secure the zips on my rucksack could have done with a longer cable but its ok good solid construction should last a long time vood allround product premium alumium body number wheels move well without sticking and the flexible arms allow you to secure luggage etc
